Notes

All accounts are rolling, prepaid contracts which auto-renew. Any changes or cancellations require 30 days notice.
Prices are ex-VAT and are fixed for the contract term (one month or one year). We reserve the right to adjust prices (e.g for CPI) with 60 days' notice. Price changes take effect at your subsequent renewal date
Annual prepay gives 12 months for the price of 11 (8.3% discount) and fixes your price for that year.
New customers are eligible for a free 30 day trial, however payment details are captured up-front
Charities registered with the UK Charity Commission are eligible for a 20% discount.
We ask for CQC / ICO / Companies House registration in order to verify organisations for KYC and Data Security regulations.
